About Us

Our Church

Victory Baptist Church was founded in 1974 by the late Dr. William (Buzzy) Robertson. The church begin in what is now Blue Ridge Tire. A new building was constructed in 1978 at the present location, 521 Alleghany Ave,. Harrisonburg, VA. It has always been the vision and passion to reach Harrisonburg and surrounding area with the saving message of the gospel of Jesus Christ. After some 47 years, that passion still permeates and resonates throughout the congregation. Here at VBC, we are committed to daily witnessing through tract distribution, door hangers, and a one on one approach.
